To our BCRX Family,

I wanted to personally connect with you. I know that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is a major concern for everyone. I wanted to share with you what we are doing to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.

Our corporate office staff and our customer service team are teleworking. The warehouse team is operating with a small staff to ensure minimum crowd exposure. We are reminding all of our employees to take appropriate preventative hygiene methods in order to minimize the potential risk of infections.

We are not currently experiencing any delays in our order processing or shipments. Our warehouse team is working hard to make sure that your orders are continuing to ship. We will continue to sell items while our supplies last. If there is any halt or major delays in shipments from UPS, FedEx, or USPS we will be sure to inform everyone as soon as possible.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and take guidance from state and federal authorities and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by this worldwide crisis. Our thoughts are with all of the caregivers and first responders working tirelessly on the front lines of this crisis.
