STRAWBERRY PINA COLADA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Start out your day with a tropical twist! It tastes just like the real thing, and is packed with protein and fresh fruits. You can substitute coconut extract for the coconut cream if you really want to get lean with it. And for extra coconut flavor, you can use unsweetened coconut milk in place of water or almond milk.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 Scoop of BCRX Pina Colada Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup almond milk or water

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 4 fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Serve immediately.
