This Lemon Cream Pie Protein Shake is my favorite vegan protein shake recipe out there! It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and packed with protein and fiber but tastes like a slice of cream pie!
- 1 cup cashew or almond milk
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 2 tablespoons BCRX Vanilla Nourish Protein powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon extract
- coconut whipped cream optional
- cookie or pie crust crumbs optional
- Add cashew or almond milk, frozen banana, protein powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract and lemon extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with coconut whipped cream and cookie or pie crust crumbs, if desired.
