We love finding fun ways for you to incorporate your BCRX Protein Shakes into your life. With this recipe, you can satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time!
Chocolate, Tahini and Coconut Protein Balls
2 cups of dates (chopped in half)
2 scoops of BCRX Protein
1/2 cup of cacao or cocoa
2 cups of shredded coconut (1 cup in batch- 1 extra cup for rolling balls)
1 cup of tahini
1 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of honey
Add any nuts or dried fruit you’d like
Just blend all the ingredients together in a blender/ mix master. Once blended and the mixture is quite thick - tablespoon out a ball and then roll it in the coconut and place on a plate. Once you have rolled all the balls, pop the balls straight into the fridge so they harden. Wait 20 mins then ENJOY!
