Every morning should start off with a proper breakfast that will help you stay on track all day like this strawberries and cream high protein breakfast.

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
  • 1 cup skim milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1 scoop BCRX Nourish Plant-Based Protein, Vanilla
Instructions: 
  1. Place the milk in a saucepan, whisk the protein powder and heat over medium heat until warm.
  2. Add the oatmeal and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the stove and stir in the berries.
  4. Serve immediately.
