- 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
- 1 cup skim milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup strawberries chopped
- 1 scoop BCRX Nourish Plant-Based Protein, Vanilla
- Place the milk in a saucepan, whisk the protein powder and heat over medium heat until warm.
- Add the oatmeal and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the stove and stir in the berries.
- Serve immediately.
