Cherry Almond Oatmeal

In just 10 minutes, you can enjoy a wholesome, homemade breakfast of oatmeal and almond milk, sweetened with honey, and topped with crunchy almonds and coconut!
Ingredients
  • 1 cups rolled oats
  • 1 3/4 cup (1/2 l) almond milk (sweetened if you like)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup dried tart cherries
  • 1/4 cup dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered raw almonds
  • Shredded coconut, to taste
  • Honey, to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine oats, almond milk, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until oats are soft and most of the almond milk has been absorbed.
  2. Spoon the oatmeal into bowls and sprinkle with dried cherries, dried strawberries, almonds, and shredded coconut. Serve immediately with a good drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
