Cherry Almond Oatmeal
- 1 cups rolled oats
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup dried tart cherries
- 1/4 cup dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup slivered raw almonds
- Shredded coconut, to taste
- Honey, to taste
- Combine oats, almond milk, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until oats are soft and most of the almond milk has been absorbed.
- Spoon the oatmeal into bowls and sprinkle with dried cherries, dried strawberries, almonds, and shredded coconut. Serve immediately with a good drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
