FROM OUR FOUNDER
Heart disease, stroke, diabetes…these are just some of the ailments I witnessed many of my close family members succumb to. Determined to change this narrative for myself I sought to change my lifestyle by eating cleaner, getting more active, and taking better care of myself inside out. On this journey I searched for plant-based supplements to meet my unique needs. I was anemic, had low vitamin D, many ailments women who look like me face. When I couldn’t find supplements on shelf that supported my unique needs I tapped on my friend Dr. Ruby Lathon to help create these formulas. Supplements for all, but with the unique needs of women of color in mind.
