WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

Summer is well underway, so why not pair your BCRX protein powder with the most summery fruit of them all: the watermelon! This fruit is 92% water and is best served COLD to help you beat the summer heat. We love this smoothie as a refreshing start to the day or as an afternoon pick-me-up!

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup watermelon, cubed (frozen if you like!)
1/2 cup water
1 scoop BCRX Vanilla Protein
6 mint leaves, chopped
1 cup ice

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and enjoy!
