Pumpkin Spice Protein Pudding

This seasonal "desert" is as satisfying as it is healthy! Treat yourself to this sweet snack to keep you going during your day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop BCRX Vanille Protein 
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened (30 calories per cup)
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon whipped topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend all ingredients (except whipped topping) in a food processor until fluffy! At least 5 minutes!
  • Chill until ready to eat. Top with whipped topping.
