Pumpkin Spice Protein Pudding
This seasonal "desert" is as satisfying as it is healthy! Treat yourself to this sweet snack to keep you going during your day!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop BCRX Vanille Protein
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened (30 calories per cup)
- 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 1 tablespoon sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon whipped topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all ingredients (except whipped topping) in a food processor until fluffy! At least 5 minutes!
- Chill until ready to eat. Top with whipped topping.
