- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons BCRX Chocolate Nourish Protein powder
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee
- 1 cup milk*
- 1/2 tsp sugar**
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Serve immediately.

*You can use any type of milk or non-dairy milk. The creamier the milk, the better.
**Use any type of sweetener you prefer.
