CARAMEL MACCHIATO PROTEIN SHAKE

This Caramel Macchiato Protein Shake recipe has ALL the decadence of the one at your local coffeehouse but NONE of the sugar! Not only do you get an authentic coffee experience, you will feel full for hours with this low-carb, high-protein yummy smoothie! Break free from the grind - make your caffeine treat a *healthy* one! 

**Pre-prep: Fill an ice cube tray with your favourite (black) coffee and freeze overnight.**

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

  1. Add the entire tray of frozen coffee cubes to a blender.

  2. Pour in coconut milk.

  3. Add caramel syrup.

  4. Add-in 4 scoops of BCRX Protein (3 Caramel Frappe and 1 Vanilla).

  5. Blend until smooth consistency.

  6. Serve Immediately & Enjoy!
