CARAMEL MACCHIATO PROTEIN SHAKE

**Pre-prep: Fill an ice cube tray with your favourite (black) coffee and freeze overnight.**
INGREDIENTS:

3 Scoops of BCRX Caramel Frappe Protein Powder

1 Scoop of BCRX Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tray of frozen coffee cubes

2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (or almond or soy milk)

sugar-free caramel flavour syrup (to taste)
PREPARATION:

Add the entire tray of frozen coffee cubes to a blender.

Pour in coconut milk.

Add caramel syrup.

Add-in 4 scoops of BCRX Protein (3 Caramel Frappe and 1 Vanilla).

Blend until smooth consistency.
