We require a copy of your business license or other documentation showing your federal tax ID number, as well as your reseller permit (if applicable). Once we receive your application, our team will send a follow-up request for these documents. Body Complete Rx reserves the right to cancel or revoke wholesale accounts.

Once approved, Get noticed by thousands of weekly customers visiting our site looking for your store on our store locator. It’s easy to get set up. Email wholesale@bodycompleterx.com with the following information:

• Your company name
• Buyers first and last name
• Buyers email address (this will be the login to our site)
• Buyers phone number
• If you have a store location and want to be featured on our store locator*, also include the store’s full address, customer service phone number, and website.

*Your store will be added after you have made your first purchase.

All orders must be paid via credit card in Full

Ordering: Orders may be submitted via email at wholesale@bodycompleterx.com. We require item/SKU numbers and case quantities for an order to be placed.

Processing Time: We strive to ship all orders in timely manner, with in-house processing time averaging 1 to 3 business days.  

Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground (charged to customer) to stores located in the contiguous USA.  We do not ship small orders (under $1000) internationally.

Please Note: if shipping to an international destination (outside of the USA) shipping is charged subject to weight and destination. 

Our boxes leave Body Complete Rx Warehouse in new condition. If you receive a shipment that visibly shows smashed, scrunched, or damaged outsides of the large shipping boxes please snap some pictures and submit a claim to UPS.  It is fast and easy and saves all of us valuable time.  If there is no damage to your outside shipping boxes and you find damage to any of our items inside, please contact us via email so we can resolve the issue.

Body Complete Rx Wholesale Program is for businesses selling directly to customers only. It is not intended for personal use. Body Complete Rx reserves the right to audit any account for compliance at the company’s discretion.
