Return & Refund Policy
At Body Complete Rx, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you.
What Can Be Returned
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Final Sale, promotional, or discounted items are not eligible for return
Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit for use on future purchases.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless a product arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error on our part.
Once your return is received and reviewed, your store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email support@bodycompleterx.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Our customer service team will provide instructions and next steps.
Subscription Order Cancellation & Return Policy
We understand that plans change. Here’s how we handle subscription cancellations and returns:

Canceled Before Processing:
If you cancel your subscription before your next order has been processed, no fee will be charged. -
Canceled After Processing, But Before Shipment:
If your order has already been processed but has not yet shipped, we will cancel the shipment. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. -
Canceled After Shipment:
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to issue a refund to your original payment method. However, you may return the product for store credit, minus the $10 processing fee.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bodycompleterx.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
