  1. For dairy I recommend kefir and labneh (kefir cheese!) as well 
  2. Watch your servings! Focus less on calorie counting and more on healthy serving amounts. 
  3. I recommend resistance training 2 hours per week; this is the AHA's recommendation; it helps maintain metabolism/build lean body mass while maintaining weight loss velocity!
  4. If possible always choose grass-fed / organic products and produce!
